Yes, the body parts are essential to the plot, so don't overthink it—just roll with it. The film is a glorious mess, but it's the mess that makes you go, "Wait, did I just have a great time?" Spoiler: You did.
Oh, and to those men in their fifties who walked out when the messaging about consent got challenging... get a life.
